Terms and Conditions

Your Agency reserves the right to alter, vary or withdraw any tour it has advertised or published if it is deemed advisable or necessary without assigning any reason. If the tour is cancelled all amount paid by you will be fully refunded, but no compensation is payable for consequential loss suffered.

Tour timing and itinerary are subject to change. Consequently, it may be revised at any time during the tour, with or without notice depending on the exigencies of occasion. We will try to advise you of these changes, prior to the start of the tour or on tour. In this case if any tour participant misses any part of sightseeing due to delay on his part, he will not be entitled to claim a refund for the same. No refund is payable for any unutilized services.

Your Agency accepts no responsibilities for losses, additional expenses due to delay or change, missed connections, strike, weather/quarantine or other causes howsoever caused and all such expenses must be borne by the customer.

We may, at our discretion, require any person to withdraw from any tour if we deem his/her acts or conduct offensive or a nuisance to other passengers, and we shall have no further liability.

BOOKING

The payments should be made by Cash, Demand Drafts, Cheque and Net Banking, UPI in the name of M/s., Your Agency , Bengaluru.  Advance payment 50% at the time of booking, Balance amount to be paid 10 days before the departure. Without full payment customers are not entitled to take part in the tour.

LUGGAGE:

It is the responsibility of the customers to take care of their luggage.

CANCELLATIONS:

In any circumstances, if any customer is unable to attend for the package tour, the cancellation charge will be as follows:

– More than 45 days before departure: No cancellation charge

– Between 45 and 30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost

– Between 30 days and 15 days before departure: 75% of total tour cost

– Less than 15 days before departure: 90% of total tour cost

– Flight ticket Cancellation charges will be charge as per Airline policy.

NOTE:

– Passengers to carry original valid Identity Proof during journey

– Itinerary may change due to unforeseen circumstances.

– Please Note Due to Bad weather technical problem, flight cancellation date change or  flight time change directly or indirectly client has to bearer all the expense.

ACCOMODATION:

We provide accommodation in decent star hotels. According to your bookings the rooms will be twin / triple sharing.  Checkout time will be according to the hotel rules or the itinerary of the package. If a customer needs single room he has to pay the difference amount.

Whenever you have enrolled in any of our tour, it is meant that you have read & accepted all our tour’s rules & regulations & instructions.

Refund Policy:

YOUR AGENCY and our payment process submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 5 to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.
